The Weekly Reset: Learn How to Stop Dreading Monday
A YWCA Kokokahi Women’s Business Center Partnership: This 60-minute virtual workshop helps participants shift from ending the week in overwhelm to starting the next one with clarity and intention. Instead of carrying stress into Monday, participants will learn how to use a Weekly Reset routine to close out loose ends, prioritize what matters, and create a realistic plan for the week ahead.
Rooted in the executive function skills of time management and prioritization, this session reframes planning as a form of self-support. Participants will walk away with a repeatable system that reduces anxiety and increases follow-through.
